What we collect, and what we don't

What we collect

Only what it takes to send you the report you asked for:

• Your email address — where the weekly report goes.
• The address you asked us to watch, and its county.
• What you paid for the property — optional, and used only as the basis line in your own report. Leave it blank and everything else still works.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and whether a payment succeeded; we never receive your full card number.
• Ordinary server logs, including IP address and request time, kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.

There is no account or password. Your email address and your Stripe receipt are how you reach your reports and your billing.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
• We run no advertising pixels, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers on this site.
• We do not tell anyone — including agents, lenders, or investors — that you are watching a property.
• We do not email you about anything except the report you signed up for.

Who else touches it

Four providers, each for one job: Stripe takes payment, Render hosts the service and its database, Resend delivers the email, and Cloudflare serves this page. Each handles the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

County records are public

The sales and property details in a report come from county property appraiser records, which are public records under Florida law. We did not create that information and cannot remove a property from the county's file — that request belongs with the county property appraiser.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, plus the comps we have already gathered for your address so the trend does not restart. When you unsubscribe we delete the watch and stop reading your address; we keep a record that an unsubscribe happened so we do not email you again. Ask us to delete everything and we will.

Your choices

• Every report carries a one-click unsubscribe that stops it immediately.
• Email us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
• The service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
